Why We Love It Here
The community of Old Mill-Baby Point is a transitional neighbourhood between Bloor West Village and the Kingsway, and really suits a lot of different needs. Families love Baby Point real estate, but with all of the luxury condos at the Old Mill, it also attracts downsizers and seniors. This area is a historic neighbourhood with its own club, The Baby Point Club, which includes tennis, lawn bowling, and a venue you can rent for events. You have the convenience of the Old Mill subway station while living among the greenery of the Humber River and Parkland in the city.
What To Do & See
The Old Mill Inn and Spa is a popular Toronto resort, and the local Home Smith Bar is known for its year-round showcase of international jazz performers. From Baby Point, you can walk down Annette Street, which is growing in popularity with many cute shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The Local Claim to Fame
The Humber River Parkland is beautiful. It has tennis courts, plenty of areas to fish and picnic, and great paths for biking or taking your dog for a walk. The Humber is a Canadian Heritage River and has many parks set along its path from North Humber Park to South Humber Park.
Old Mill – Baby Point Real Estate
Baby Point real estate is mostly large family homes with beautiful mansions along the ravines. Old Mill real estate is mostly luxury condos–some of the nicest in Toronto’s West End.
